I'll be making 3 topics on different Bible things. These will be discussed as regular. Once I make my post, everybody is free to discuss this topic. This is for new Christians. This topic is SIN.

What is SIN? Look at it this way:

Satan's
Influence
oN our faith

SIN is NOT good. As you know, Satan's influence on our faith MUST be bad.

Satan is the creator of SIN. Through him, Eve was tricked. Through him, Adam longed to be with his wife. But Adam knew that this was bad, to eat the fruit.

But it was through Satan that Adam was tricked into eating of the fruit, also.

Therefore, Satan is the father of the lie. The father of SIN. The father of death, the consequence of SIN.

JOHN 3:16

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son so that all who excersise fatih in Him may not perish, but have eternal life."

This is a HUGE promise. But, guess who's making it? Jesus.

We are talking about Jesus. Son of God. He CAN fufill this promise.

No human can. But God CAN.

Let me give an example:

Humans always say: "I think I can I think I can....". They "Think they can" live WITHOUT God. They end up perishing.

God, hoever, says: "I WILL, I WILL". God, WILL give us life. Trust in the life-giver, not the life-taker (who is Satan).

There you go. SIN is described above, as well as how to be realesed from SIN'S grasp, and into God's loving arms.

Remember, I planted the Sunflower seed (created this topic to reveal truth to you), but God helps you grow into the Sonflower. He creates the "Bud" of understanding, and it grows into a flower.

May God bless you all.

This might be a kinda weird question but what about the Christians that still live in sin and sin on purpose? Do they go to Heaven?

Good question. The answer is no.

These people label themself's as Christian, but deep down, they are not. If they don't repent, well, let's pray that they do. We want them to repent, so that they may know God's truth. So, if they don't repent, if they continue to sin, then they will not go to Heaven, but suffer in Hell.

So, these people may call themself's Christians, but they are really not.

I respect your eagerness and you sincerity. Might I offer a slightly different opinion? First and foremost, Do you agree that salvation comes through grace by faith?

So are we "false" Christians even if we sin once on purpose? What if we tried to repent but can't? Just wondering cuz my christian life is wacked up....

Well, God forgives unlimited times. So if you sin, and if you sincerely ask God for forgivness, He'll forgive you and that sin will be forgotten.

I know that, I was just wondering if God will forgive you if you sin on purpose many times but yet ask forgiveness, but then commit the same sin over again. Because people have told me that if you sin on purpose then he won't hear you until you change your mind or whatever. Because I sin a lot and I don't know how to stop.

It's ok. God will forgive you no matter what you do. Just ask.

Yeah I know, that's what I'm wondering...what if you keep asking forgiveness but don't really repent??

Well, God senses all hipocrisy. He knows if you truly repent or not.

If you don't repent, then you won't be forgiven. If you truly repent in your heart, God will know and He will forgive you.

You forgot the whole repenting thing

Firstly, if you're gonna turn SIN into an acronym, at least try and make it a proper acronym. None of this "oN our faith" b-ullshit
Secondly, who cares if we sin? Chances are there is no heaven anyway, so we should make the most of the life we've been given, and have some fun. If we live a life of no sin, and then it turns out that death is truly the end, then we've lived pretty boring lives.
