Hello everyone,

I'm Robert, and I’m excited to join this Christian community. I live in Northern Sweden with my wife and our two children.
I’ve been on my faith journey for a few years now, and it has become a central part of my life. I'm eager to connect with fellow believers to discuss our faith, share insights, and learn from each other.
I also have a great love for classical music and opera, and can sometimes connect the two - faith and music..
I'm also a big baseball fan, I appreciate for one the pace of the game.
I'm looking forward to forging new friendships with believers from around the world!

A baseball fan in Sweden? I know that you have great hockey teams and programs (you guys, along with Canada and Finland, always seem to be the biggest threats to us (USA Juniors) at World Juniors, and the NHL is loaded with Swedish players, as I'm sure you know), but I didn't know that baseball was a Swedish sport too.

Also, while I both played and coached hockey when I was younger, I actually made my living as a symphony musician, on stage, of course, but also in the opera pit too (in the late spring & summer), so we'll have to talk about baseball and music sometime

Mostly though, I'd love to hear more about your "faith journey" and how it became a central part of your life!

David, nice to meet you! You are right, baseball is not a big sport over here - hockey are as you mentioned. I got to know an american years ago that taught me the game, and I love it still decades after! As for my faith, sweden is very secular. Very secular. But I always thought believing was better than not believing, generally you know. So I kind of had an eye on the church in a way, but it wasn't before hell came crushing down on me and I only had prayer to go to that I really found God. That was a few years ago and here I am...
