Dear MauriceBuckler. Hello to you. The greatest and most joyful gift we can give to God our Heavenly Father, and to our neighbour i.e. all we know and all we meet, friend or no friend: is our Love and Joy. Jesus promised us His Love and Joy, and the Holy Spirit will empower us with His Love, also.
We " ask and receive," then thank God" and share all with our neighbour.
( Matthew 22: 35-40) We keep asking God and thanking God, then share it all with all around us. God will see our sincere efforts, and God will approve and bless us.
A Christian`s great weapon is Love, and with love we will overcome all enmity and wrong behaviour. We will find that people will treat us the same as we treat people, and Love is very catching. Soon we will be sign-posts to
God, and all will know that we are representatives of God and His Love.
God is Love and Jesus-God-Son is our Saviour.JESUS IS THE WAY.
The Bible tells us: " Repent," and also " Be Born Again." God knows our hearts, and God knows how deeply we repent of all our sins. God will also notice our gradual change from being selfish to become: Loving and Caring.
God can see our Love for God, because we are following His Commandments
to Love and Care. In Luke 10: 25-28: Jesus tells the Lawyer: "Love God with all thy heart, with all thy soul, and with all thy mind: And Love thy neighbour as thyself: Do this, and thou shalt live."
We might stumble and forget at times, but then we ask God to forgive us, and
