In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I just found this board today while doing a search on a theological question. Great forums, looks like I'm going to be busy reading the next couple of days :)

I am a Christian from the west coast of Canada and attend a fairly large Mennonite Brethern church. My favorite pastime is creating graphic art and live with my husband, 2 dogs and a corn snake.

That's weird, I've never heard of a corn snake before, do they look like corn or do they feel like corn or do they smell like corn.. What is it?

Anyways, it's really good to have you here, the best font size is 2 but you can use whichever one looks best, it's not a biggie, just a personal prefence.

LOL, nope don't look like corn...I have no idea why they are called corn snakes...maybe they hang out in corn fields??? He/she is about 6 feet long and has bright reddish orange diamonds covering his body and orangish eye...very pretty for a snake.
