As a new member thought I might give a brief intro. I am Australian, 35, married. My wife (Josie) and I have a little two-year-old boy, Matthew (blessing from God). Next month we are expecting another boy, Benjamin (devoted to God). We live in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and attend church at a Church of Christ, but I have no strong preference for any denomination. I have been a christian for 13 years, while Josie is a 'baby' christian (2 years). I have been teaching English as a second language (ESL) over the past 4 years in Taiwan, Thailand, and Mainland China. I met Josie in Thailand. Josie works for an aid agency as an accountant.

I look forward to reading the interesting subjects on this site, an posting some thoughts myself.

Please pray for Josie as she gets closer to delivering.

with me as I find my way around.

Some of the comments I have read encouraged me to join up, so soon, I may enter into the discussions.

My husband is a retired pastor, and one of my 4 sons is now the pastor of our church. We have 12 grandchildren and are expecting #13 in October (a girl) to our youngest son. We also have a lovely daughter.
