I've just starting looking for different Christian forums to post in, and this one seems real neat. i'll try to make this short and sweet.
My name's Shawn, and in a few weeks I will be 19. I was raised in southern california, and am the youngest of 7 kids. My parents raised us all LDS (mormon) but I identify as a non-denominational christian. I have the best parents, siblings, friends and family anyone could ask for, I am truly blessed.
Currently I am going to college in the bay area and majoring in psychology, my interest is in pediatric neuropsychology and my goal is to helpabused/neglected kids catch up neurologically. Anyways, I am very passionate about my faith but my favorite way to show my dedication is through giving back to my community. Volunteering with the homeless and disadvantaged kids has been an amazing experience. Jesus gave so much and helped others, that's what I want to do too.
Oh! I am also married. We have been together for almost 4 years and made it "official" last august. I really love him a lot! That's enough of my babbling, I hope to get to know ya'll.
