What made you decide to join CF?

(stolen from another thread): What silly things did you believe when you were a child? (ex - babies were actually delivered by storks, stuffed animals had feelings, if you made a funny face and someone slapped you upside the head your face would actually stay that way forever)

Sorry, I haven't been here in a bit. So I will answer all your questions at once.

Renewme ~ 1) I am from West Palm Beach, Florida currently. However, I was born in North Miami Beach and have pretty much lived for some time in every big city in Florida.
~ 2) I wanted to join because after reading around for a bit it seemed like a great place to interact with other Christians around the world; others I wouldn't normally meet. Also, because I spend all my time at work on the computer and I needed something positive to come out of it.
~3) I had this ceramic Snow White who someone told me that at night she would come alive if you treated her well. So every night I would tuck her in, I would feed her (that got kinda messy) and took her everywhere.

~4) My favourite verse would have to be, Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight." I think, like many other verses, this is straight forward and pretty much lays it out for you.


~2Scoops ~ 1) Every AmandaRose certainly does have its thorn.
2) Right now I haven't been listening to a lot of secular music, but I do love me some Classic Rock. Iron Butterfly, Pink Floyd, Led Zepplin and Aerosmith of course. But I also really enjoy Musicals as I am an actress/singer. As far as Christian artists go, I really enjoy tobyMac and Barlowgirl, and of course Chris Tomlin (who will be in town 3/17 WHOOO!!!!!)
