Hi from Western PA. I'd been searching the web for a friendly Christian forum and found this one. I'm married, one adult daughter, and a cat. Love winter sports, and contemporary Christian music. I'm still stumbling along looking over everything available in this site so be patient....God isn't finished with me yet.

Hi Snowbird!

I love your screen name! It conjures up a really lovely picture. I'm single, no children (unless you count my seven students), am allergic to cats... wouldn't play a sport if you paid me (winter or otherwise and only own 6 CDs. So it seems like the only thing we have in common is the belief that God isn't finished with us yet....

He's using CF in a big way in my life and I'm hooked. I hope God works in your life tremendously through the posts you will read as well as the ones you will post here.

Hello Snowbird, We have a few things in common. I too am from WPA, so i fully appreciate your name.lol My back yard and driveway are still trying to thaw out. My 2 grandsons were ice skating in the yard this afternoon.

Also, i am very new to CF, joined at beginning of month but today is really the first time i've posted, there is so much to learn here. I too am leisurly strolling through the forums trying to get my bearings.

So, welcome, from another newbie. I'm sure we both have a blessed adventure ahead of us.

Hey- I'm from western PA too. I assume that being from a near proximity of Pixburg, that you drink pop and not soda. And you red up your house before company arrives. Do you worsh your clothes but not let you dirty laundry hang out to dry? And do yinz rilly like Christian Forums? Dats what I wants to know. Well, my wife and I saw many flocks of snowbirds in Thunder Bay last October. Beautiful how they flew. Don't have them in Spain!

**giggle** Pander..yunz guys are xactly right. I do red up my house and warsh my clothes. Yepper...and I go to the Strip in Pitxburg for a sammich at Permanni's.
