I have been lurking for a while, reading different situations, and pondering a lot and after failed attempts at creating a character , I am here to say hi and I need help creating a character

You must buy all of the parts, and then equip them. After the character is equipped and showing, then you can dress her. The clothing must be equipped, too. Maybe read the FAQs that may answer some questions.
