Just want to say hello. Tired from, sometimes ugly, discussions in a German book forum I looked for something else - and found this Forum here. Its indeed very huge and I think it will take some time to check out everything and to find the stuff, that interests me. It's a little bit confusing yet, and I must admit, I did not understand everything about the Forum, but in time I will find out.
With my wife and our 14 year old daughter I live (nearly) in the geographical middle of Germany; I soon will be 52. I like reading books and sometimes building my model railroad or to do handicrafts (but I do not have much time for this). For I think, even in my age its good to learn something new, Im learning Swedish and currently try to read my first Swedish book, a biography of Selma Lagerloef.
I was raised Roman Catholic, and still am, though sometimes I have my doubts. Ive been looking for a christian surrounding for some time and hope, I found that here.
