Hell Calls

Growls of evil permeate the deep void of hell
Hungry for the carefree days of time long past
Expectantly waiting for the torment to come to an end
Not knowing how long eternity will last

Morbid howls of lonliness float through the dark
Needing a place to find comfort and peace long gone
When will they come to realize their chances are over
Haven't they learned that they were wrong?

Flames of desire still spark within their souls
They know not of what lies in their stead
Lost and alone suffering forever without truth
If only they would have listened to what was said

The ground rumbles with heartaches and shame
Whispers with evil laughter taunting our faith in Him
Deciet and dishonor spew forth from the realms of Satan's home
The burned arms of the lost reaching for something within

The hands of our Lord cover our souls and protect us from harm
Keeping the evil barred from entering our spirit with the lie
Satan will not give up on his goal to make us fall
But with Jesus as our Lord, the evil passes us by
