And now some good news:

http://www.israeltoday.co.il/NewsItem/tabid/178/nid/26739/Default.aspx

Growing up, Baleeston was acquainted with a large number of Italian Catholics, leading him to believe that Jesus must be Italian. In the video he explains how “the understanding that [Yeshua is] actually Jewish was a shock. And then to hear that the New Testament was written by Jews, I couldn’t believe it. …when I open it, I’m reading a story written by Jews about Jewish people.”
Equivocating "Jewish" to be both descent from Jacob and to be a rabbinic Jew is precisely what makes the term so unhelpful in this thread. Jesus was a Hebrew meaning he was descended from David the king but Jesus was not a rabbinic Jew.

By the way, the video is available on youtube.

Is the source you've linked to a KJV/Textus-receptus as the original source site? I did click around in it and it appears to be. The KJV/Textus-receptus as original source idea is as poorly supported by the evidence as the Hebrew as the original new testament language claim.

In their own words. "No single manuscript or translation of the Scriptures is perfect. We are free to compare all of the extant copies of God's Word (despite occasional mistakes in copying) when seeking to understand Scripture. Thus, we compare both the Hebrew and Greek versions of the Old Testament, as well as the Dead Sea Scrolls. We also take into consideration the variant readings in the New Testament. Depending on one version only is misguided and unwise in our opinion. However, for public reading and worship, we use the New King James Version."

Jesus is the same, but the Old cov is gone. Heb 10:9.
Galatians Ch 3, especially verse 29 proves that the blessings promised to Abraham are still in effect, which means the so called old covenant is still in existance, except, now there is nothing that has to be done qualify one to receive the promises, except to be "in Christ". The "doing" has been done once and for all by Christ.

We gentiles are grafted into the olive tree, the Olive tree was there before, and now that we are part of it, it is still in existance. God said it was everlasting. His Olive tree and the promises He made are forever.

The promises included All blessings then, and they are all blessings now.
