Howdy, this is a rather obscure question, but I was hoping someone may know the answer. Were there any original manuscripts of the NT written in Hebrew? If so, do they translate "hades" and "gehennah" (sp?) into "sheol" or do they keep both of those words as they are? Thanks for any help.
