There was quite a bit found.
1. Proto-Masoretic Hebrew texts of the OT
2. Proto-Septuagint texts of the OT
3. Hebrew texts that were unique to the Qumram area they were found in.
(Surprise, trnaslation issues!)
They also found:
4. Rules for the religous order that wrote them
5. other documents that are not yet known.
There is a great deal of secrecy that surrounds these documents (reference the James ossuary). This seems to be common for the area. Scholarly study is a question, not an answer. (Read the magazine Biblical Archeology Review and you'll see what I mean.)
A lot of people have made some pretty wild claims regarding the texts. But there is still a lot of mystery 60 years after their discovery.
Peace.
