I believe in hell so certaintly I see there is probably also a heaven but I am scared there isnt. I am scared that Jesus is going to send me to hell for fearing there is no heaven because I did not trust him.

The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.
If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.
If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

You need to realize that even in the face of scrupulous doubt, the Word of God and the love of Jesus will not fail. You must choose to believe Christ over doubt.
"In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you to myself; that where I am, there you may be also." (John 14:2,3)
We must have:
"a faith and knowledge resting on the hope of eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised before the beginning of time" (Titus 1:2)

Raven, I have OCD also, Jesus is not going to send you to hell because you have doubt. I have had issues of doubt myself, and I myself have OCD like you said you did. Jesus sees what is in all of our hearts, and everyone deals with doubt at some point. I have, because of my OCD. I have had that same thought that you have had, "Well what if we just cease to exist?" I have had that thought too, but the fact that you are scared of going to hell, that means you actually are trusting Jesus and that you are in fact trusting in Him for your salvation, and just pray and ask for Him to help you not to doubt. I will pray for you too. Let me know if their is any thing I can do for you.
