He wants me to be a preacher!

I go by the name KatyAnne..I use to, and then I found out the password for this one.

Anyway, A while ago I made a post asking If you all thought that maybe he was calling me to Preach.

I finally found out that he does.

I was in church and this man was standing behind me. I went to give him a hug and he said to me...."God is going to use you" I said, I know. And I am not sure how the converation ended, but it was something like this....

He said...God is going to you to preach to the world. He is going to use you to save hundreds and thousands of souls.

Interesting.
First you gotta know God's word like nothing else ever.
Also being a female you need to understand the Biblical roles of womanhood. For that I would recommend Piper and Grudem's Recovering Biblical Manhood and Womanhood, Which is basically a compilation of a ton of articles on the subject.
Also check out the prince of preacher's (aka Charles Spurgeon) The Soul Winner (free there or you can buy a hard copy).

That's my 2 cents. My third sense, is as of the scenario you have laid out, I feel wary of what went down. Don't get all hyped up because someone just told you God is going to use you and you are going to save thousands. If that's going to happen you don't really need someone to tell you. And it will NEVER happen without loads of toil. God accomplishes almost nothing without man's hard work, not because he needs man, but because that's how he ordained it. Yes God anoints people who are very successful but even very anointed people work their tails off to get the fruit they do.
Be aggressive in the scriptures!

Yes, God is calling us in a different ways, but we have to make understand it. In my observation if we fail to identify the way of God's call, we may face lot of troubles in ministry. we are not to see others words, call has to come to our heart. we are not to boast with other people words. this is my practical experience. i failed to identify the will of God and entered in to ministry in other side to God's call. so i failed to see the results for first 8 years. Later i noticed the will of God in my heart. Then i started to develop in work. please take care. God is capable to support and ecquip you. i will pray for you. here we have lot of ministry, if you are able to come to india i will use your services, May God richly bless you.., i will pray for you. if you have any ministerial doubts please feel free to ask.. we will help to you in guidence.. thank you..
