Please, if you could, pray for someone I know. I'm afraid to use his name because he might see this, but I believe God will know who is being prayed for. He is in darkness right now. He became a Methodist years ago, then converted to Catholicism, and is struggling with pornography now. He says he is "not the same" as he was, and has been looking up "ads" online to seek out certain things. I don't want to cause any stumbling. He says he is in darkness now.

Please pray for him. I want to see him saved if he's lost, if his confession in the first place hadn't been genuine or based on truth. I want to see his soul saved from Hell, and I want him to be freed from these things. If you could, please pray for him, that he would be saved if he's lost, and freed from sin.

Father, You indeed know who this man is. May You expose to him any deception he is under and open his eyes to truth. Let the fullness of Your Light reveal the emptiness of the darkness in his life. I ask that You put a longing in his heart for You that You might draw him to Yourself according to Your lovingkindness and mercy. Show @a_soft_voice how to minister to this man in prayer or in deed, and send other believers across his path. I thank you for hearing our prayers as we know it is Your will for all to come to You.

This person you speak of sounds like they need some help not looking at pornography, God can help this person with an addiction such as this. Lust is an easy sin to fall into, I won't sugar coat it lust is the same as adultery. Yes, God has the power to forgive this sin.

I pray that he/she will repent and let God take over for what other problems this person may also have. So many struggle with this, and honestly it's a worldwide problem. But I do hope your friend overcomes this.

There are many ways that You could do this, and so I call upon You to choose whatever would be the best for this man, this one requesting prayer, as well as other friends, relatives, and acquaintances. You might want to point him to the site and/or book Every Man's Battle. Sooo many Christian men have struggled as your friend struggles. However, a lot have escaped the addiction, too. Praying for all to turn out well for him.

Thank you all so much. I really appreciate the prayers. It's true and really unfortunate the sin mentioned affects so many people's lives in a bad way... Thankfully God can do anything though.
