Name: Mitsuaki Hayato
Race: Human
Gender: Male
Age: 12
Description: Black-haired, softly smiling, Hayato is a little tall for a boy of twelve, standing around 4’ 7’’. He has a strong and well-balanced build, and carries himself erect and with calm composure in his manner. His features are quiet and betray llittle of his thoughts, but his eyes often have hints of his inner feelings in their glossy black depths. If pushed to the limit, Hayato can reveal a harsh and unforgiving countenance; this is due to his inherent sense of personal ethics, which to him require immediate and irrevocable retribution when breached.
History: Hayato was born into a small but strongly knit clan. His parents, older siblings, aunts, uncles, and cousins all had an active hand in his upbringing, so that by the time he arrived at the Academy he was already schooled in how to fight with his hands and feet, as well as in matters of proper courtesy and good conduct. Family honor and family traditions were a crucial part of his life growing up, and harsh punishments were the norm for bad behavior among the children. The discipline was stern, but lovingly administered, and it paid off, as Hayato developed the bearing and manners of an adult.
The Mitsuaki clan comprised eight adults in Hayato’s family, plus three in-laws and their children. Hayato had eight siblings, of whom he was the second youngest. Out of all these, his closest ties were to his sister Azami, to whom he acted as a sort of protector and supporter until she was old enough to fend for herself. Fights and tough play were common occurrences in the household, but nno one really messed much with Hayato… he just wasn’t the sort to be picked on. Too quiet and self-possessed, that was the general air he gave off.
So for the most part his life has been uneventful up to this point…
