Having dreams of Spirit at my home

There's be some interesting responses to this, so I'd like to clear a few things up.

1. Your house isn't haunted.
2. There's no dead relatives or dead people spirits in your house because people don't roam around the earth after they die.
3. Just because you dabbled with meditation or pick up arts a couple years ago doesn't mean you're possessed by an evil spirit.

None of that stuff (that I know of at least) is supported by scripture. If anything, your recurring dream may be a call to turn from sin and draw near to God.

Your final explanation is correct; however, there are much evil things that are not mentioned in scripture that are practiced today: self-salvation practices such as mantra, or new aged spiritualism). The bible has all the answers to our Spiritual lives, but it should not be treated like an encyclopedia or medical textbook. Like you mention it's only a possibility.

Lately, I been having dreams about some spirit probably evil one either in my home or in some unfamiliar home or haunted house. Had this dream almost each day for 5 days in a row. I am not much a believer in dreams more i think its what we think we dream. What are your thoughts on this ?

I am sorry you are having scary dreams. But rest assured that if you were being attacked by the adversary it would not be in the form of a dream, it would play out in reality. That being said, what you have done is given a playground to the deceiver, your mind. It is now time to repent and change your thinking to what is good and righteous, Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Focus on Him and I am sure your mind will stop giving the deceiver playing time. Be blessed.

7 wickier evil spirits, how could that apply to non-believers. Because it's empty because they havent filled their hearts and minds with God s Word.

Pray over your house. Then pray that God will inhabit your dreams.

we can yell scream shout for demons to leave alday long but it wont do us no good if we dont also shut the door ! Fast and pray and ask God what way are you opening a door to the enemy or what is causing the enemy to gain entrance and once God reveals it let Him lead you on how to get rid of it !

Get closer to God seeking His Face daily eat His Word daily to gain strength to get through this test! and His help daily. Stand Firm in faith and put your trust in Jesus and what HE did for you on the cross believing He will see you through this!

When the enemy gains entry into our dreams and lives we need to close the door [sin] allowing the enemy to gain entry this way Id recommend fasting praying and asking God to reveal to you what is causing this thing to gain entry and when God reveals it to you seek His help let Him lead you Renounce do away with whatever the sin problem is or other problem it may be and get close to God in a love relationship way seek Him with all your heart

Oh the footsteps one! I lived in an old house that was once empty and has no heat with wood floors . Every day I’d walk into the front room to water my plants and then go into the back room . Every night i’d hear footsteps going from the back room to the front and back again . The door to the back room would then swing open. I would have put that down to a spirit except for one thing. Footsteps repeat in old houses with wooden floors that have no heat . The change in temperature between day and night causes the wood to swell and stepping on it pushed it down . It pops back up causing “ghostly”footsteps . That’s one reason you don’t see ghost stories written after the Victorian age with that theme . We know what causes it. But I had a good ghost story for years with that .

Now having said that , there was something evil in that house and it left when we prayed on it and had a spiritual cleaning . Science says nothing about real supernatural phenomena. But the footsteps were natural phenomena

I live in a house that my mother and stepfather build 15 years ago so nobody else lived ther before

Could be they built on land where something was there before? Perhaps a battlefield at some point in history? I admit though that I do not know enough abut why some demons may inhabit certain houses and manifest themselves there.
