have you played "crimson skies" on console

I played crimson skies on the xbox the other day and its a pretty good game. You fight in airplanes. the one player game is good. The two player needs enemy ai to be better. Unfortunately there is no two player co-op.

any one else out there think this is one of the better games theve played in a while on console?

Rented it, played it, and loved it. You got to play it on XBL!! If I could afford it I would buy it.

I bought it and played it for several hours online, then took it back.

At first I was impressed with it, but it got old real fast.

I've seen screen shots and knowing its multiplayer im quite interested but.....

Is it more Arcade style or more simulator?

All the shots ive seen have been outside the planes. Is there a cockpit view?

Anyone know of a good online review?

You only have the view of your plane. It is arcade style. There is a lot of manuverability and abjects that you can fly yhrough ar around. The 2 player mode (2-4) is just dogfighting each other, or capture the chicken (flag).

So is there more of a Simulator type with online dog fighting out there on Xbox... or can someone recomend a good PC one?
