Have you ever had this feeling?

Ok last night as I was starting to fall asleep the baby started moving, and then my mind started wandering. All of a sudden I got this major panic that I am going to be a horrible mom.

I know that this is simply not true. I think I will be a good mom, but that feeling was there, is this a normal feeling for first time moms?

yeah i feel so scared sometimes... like what if i dont know what to do or something... i dont know, its just a huge change and i think its only normal to worry... everything will be great and i think we will both be great parents...

Yeah, I think that is normal for a first time mom. I had those thoughts with my first baby even though I had lots of experience with babies and little kids.

Then with the second the worry is about how you can give enough attention to two and how the older child will handle having a new baby.

Now with the third I think I am finally not so worried. LOL

Thanks guys, you are great. Now I don't feel so abnormal. Though I am far from being normal, never have been. LOL. My kids are going to be so embarassed of my hubby and me.

LOL. I think that is your job as parents, to embarrass them!

Yup, I don't know anyone, mother or faterh, that did not have this panic attack at least once!!



I hear later it comes and goes as they grow!!
