As in they caught me doing something embarrassing, or teased/joked about something and I was embarrassed - yes.
As it being embarrassed to have them as friends of family - no.

No. I don't have one. (don't want one) But, when I did, I was very conscientious about remembering to turn the ringer off in circumstances like that. (I don't like getting glared at)
