Quorn is sold at Target stores in Orlando, and is not expensive. i thought it was made out of some sort of mushroom...yes it's good. But give me a big bowl of vegi curry and a wheat roll, and I'll tell you that is the best thing going!!!!

My favorite meal, before I started dieting (HA), was Mau summan curry with fried tofu. It's so good and I can't replicate it at home unfortunately. I've tried and it's never as good.

I get most of it just right, but the tofu always tastes like, well, tofu fried in vegetable oil. I don't know how they do it, but it's my mission to find out!
