So draco malfoy took ownership of the elder wand because he disarmed dumbledore.. then harry disarmed him taking ownership of the wand.. how come when voldemort killed harry he didn't take control of it? Instead they made it where Harry retained control.. it doesn't make sense!!

The sword was not just any sword (magic, goblin made, for the founder of Harry's house). A basalisk fang is also used, for example, to destroy Horcrux.
The wands... it's not about defeating someone's wand while they use it, it's about defeating the person (who happens to "own" a specific wand).

I did read the book, my point is valid.. Voldemort Killed Harry.. The wand should of transferred. There was no fight between Dumbledore and Draco when it switched the first time, so a duel shouldn't be necessary for it to be the case.

Harry was not defeated by Voldemort. Harry didn't fight, but took the killing curse in order for the horcrux (that was part of him) to be destroyed. Remember he dropped the resurrection stone in the Forbidden Forrest, so it's not like he was killed and brought back by the stone.

Should Christians watch or read this "witch craft" movie? Remember what the early Christians did to the "OCCULT" books [ACTS 19:19], they BURNED them. Are you claiming that they had and burned fictional children's books about kids flying around on broomsticks at a private school while learning to use magic wands? I hadn't realized publishing was at a point (thousands of years ago) that fictional children's books were even available.
I always assumed they actually were burning scrolls/manuscripts which they used to actually practice magic in real life (not stories of kids waving wands around).

God detested what Solomon did, he set up shrines to his foreign wives gods and ended up commiting idolatry and worshiping these foreign gods, this is an abomination in the eyes of God, especially after making him the wisest man on earth, he departs from the one who gave him everything. looks like being the wisest isn't a sure thing for making it into eternal heaven.......maybe he should of asked for a heart like his father David, who after every error in his life returned to God, repentant and sorry, thus regaining his place "as a man after God's own heart"

Okay, whatever. That still doesn't explain why you rag on harry potter, when the bible has more vastly more violence, sex, blood, foul language, and demonic imagry. There is also use of magic, witches, demons, and it referances gods other than YHWH as if they were real.
If the bible wasn't the bible you'd never let it get away with that.

Good observation, notice one thing, all references to witchcraft and sorcery were NEGATIVE! no hero's in the bible were practicing sorcerers, they were always the bad guys, its just a cunning scheme to get people to believe there are good witches and bad witches, such as TV has been trying portray for some time now, "wizard of Oz" had "Glenda" the good witch, and everyone in my era would remember Samantha Stevens the witch who only practiced "white magic".......this isn't a coinsedence this is how culture and mass populations are manipulated, satan has been here awhile, he knows how he can twist things around in just a few hundred years
