The late Mac Davis had a novelty song years ago that said "Lord it's hard to be humble/ when you're perfect in every way". The VP must have took it to heart.

There are a LOT of mediocre men who think they are the best thing to happen to their wife and the world since.. I dunno...something that's been around a long time.

I find Huckabee's statement troubling....as if having kids has anything to do with humility.

I love that Kamala came back with that. Ignoring that she does, in fact, have children, and that diminishing a woman for not having given birth is stupid, and that having children doesn’t make people humble, but who says she even wants to be humbled? Especially in the context that Sanders is using, which seems more like she means she needs to be knocked down a peg or two, learn her place, and simmer down.

I’m a parent, and I kind of resent the idea implication that we need to pass out kids to get the women back into their lanes.
