Did it ever occur to you that many people are tired of hearing Trump's negative and divisive messaging after NINE YEARS?

I missed that part of the Constitution where it says the press was necessary to relieve us from mean tweets.

Anyway, the old media, carrying the Democrats' water, goes way back before Trump.

The question is, what will make America great? Despite what you may have been led to believe, Democrats are actually patriots who also want to make America great. They just disagree with you about what that is. Painting them as "hating America" for it is beginning to turn people off.

Guess Harris has failed threading the "being joyful without being silly" needle, too. We can put that criticism right besides her being too wordy and too bossy. Will her failure of not reaching the miniscule goldilocks zone of acceptable womanly leadership behaviour many conservatives have never end?

How many of you guys swallowed the line about Kamala flip flopping on her racial identity? Or about the stolen 2020 election? Or about how Trump’s being persecuted in this documents case? Or any number of other crazy things that have come from his camp.

I’m not wild about these viral slogans, either, but don’t fool yourselves into thinking that you’re any better, when your whole political worldview is built on a bunch of propaganda.

The Democratic Party leaders believe that they know best and are better than people like you and I. Those leaders are not going to change their views.

As long as they are the same as my views, why should I care? My views were formed in my home, my school, my workplace, my church. They don't tell me what they are, they express them for me and if they don't I won't vote for them. Yes, some of them are intolerable elitists but I don't have to take their condescension seriously.

The democratic party plays on peoples emotions .... all the "joy" in the world won't solve our countries problems ... we need defined policies and how they will be implemented. Perhaps they are forth coming .... we will see.

That's funny; in the days following the debate, I counted seven articles on the NYT front page calling for Biden to withdraw from the race. The media loves Trump, because he generates clicks, and the media values clicks more than they value Democratic candidates.

As of now, Harris is running on "joy" and "excitement" and "energy"....

And yet, no platforms are outlined, no policies made. We know Biden was a mentally unfit puppet...something no one wants to speak of. We know that just three months ago....nobody on the left liked Harris and she was mocked for her inane bumbling and frankly stupid statements.

I'm paraphrasing of course but....

"Ukraine is a country in Europe. Russia is a country in Europe. Russia invaded Ukraine...that's a bad thing."

That was a real response she gave....when asked about the war.

It was obvious she held some rather far left views...or just repeats them because she believes they're popular....and hasn't achieved anything of note...at all.

Again, 3 months ago before the extent of Biden's deteriorating mental health was made obvious to all....she was a running joke on the left.

And now the majority of mainstream media (a significant majority) is literally lying about her past, her ability, and promoting her. She wasn't selected by the people...she was pushed into the race by corporate donors. The same people fueling the propaganda, the same people bleeding the average person dry at the register, the same people financially liquidating the middle class. Half this country seems excited about it and I don't see why....she's offered everyone absolutely nothing.

Not even mediocrity.

Capable leadership not beholden to corporate donors.

Despite what you may have been led to believe, Democrats are actually patriots who also want to make America great.

Well they should either...

1. Present a new strategy...one far from whatever you call the current one.

2. Learn from their mistakes.

3. Return to democracy, perhaps orient their policies towards truth. How about a primary when you know that the incumbent is too mentally gone to run? Give the people some options other than the DEI hire that got a VP job due to racism.

They just disagree with you about what that is.

It's unclear what better is on the left.

They ran on the idea of returning to normalcy in 2020...a pre-Trump nostalgia. Then they quite literally put porn in public grade schools...lied about it. Sowed racial division....lied about it. Destroyed the majority of effective policing...lied about it. Ignored the border crisis....and lied about it.

I suppose we can say the current campaign is an improvement....they aren't lying about their positions...they aren't even stating them. That strongly suggests that they don't think you need to know and will vote for them anyway.

Painting them as "hating America" for it is beginning to turn people off.

Well they don't seem to think fondly of the nation....

And insult anyone who does.

What's shocking is just how fast intellectualism died on the left. They used to present ideas. Say what you will about Obama care....it was a plan to get people healthcare who didn't have it. Perfect? No. Did it roll out rough? Sure. But after some tweaks and adjustments....it helped quite a few people.

I can get behind a candidate who has that....at least some goal....some plan to benefit those struggling most.

They aren't even pretending to offer that anymore. There's no real talk of healthcare, poverty and homelessness. Those are just old words that occasionally pop up around newspeak.

I mean...who needs healthcare when an offer of equity and inclusion and a moral high horse is being offered?

The mainstream media LOVES Kamala Harris and are openly promoting her to be a great nominee and openly believe she will be a great POTUS. Meanwhile, there is almost nothing but negative vitriolic rhetoric about Trump from the mainstream media sources such as the NYT, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, etc.
