In addition to the two most apparent conclusions--that Harris is to be the power behind the throne if Biden wins, and that Biden is mentally "not all there"--it matters because if President Trump had said what Biden did that day, we would not be hearing "he flopped two words" stuff but rather "he lied again. He lies. He always lies. He's a liar."

;)
The most apparent conclusion is they made a basic mistake. As Christians we should be quick to forgive simple errors. Save your outrage for their policy on abortion, sodomites, socialism and the second amendment.

That's a possibility, yes, but not likely. And that's for several reasons. For one, the both of them making the same mistake almost back to back...and also the fact that it's not something that one easily mixes up, like, for example, Iraq and Iran or World War I and World War II.

Harris campaigned for over a year touting a future Harris administration. Why is it not believable that she simply said what she had been saying for a year, forgetting that she is supposed to say Biden? As for him, every dyslexic in the country has done what be did. You're trying to make a conspiracy out of this where none exists.

I've already explained why dismissing this as a routine slip of the tongue is not persuasive. And I'm not the only poster to have so commented.

And it's no secret that she is expected by Democrats to be the real president in all but name, given Biden's infirmities, possibly getting ready for him to resign somewhere during his first term.

To talk as though none of this could possibly matter, then, isn't changing anything.

I think this is all wishful thinking from Trumpsters who are desperate to paint Biden as a puppet and senile all while their boy is down 8-10 nationally and down in all the swing states that Trump has to win. I have no horse in this race, so I can look at these events objectively. There's nothing to this story.

Well can't be too much of a blunder, our current President wants to serve three terms
I'd support that, esp considering how the last four years have played out.

If you are pro-Trump, then you don't get the right to make fun of Biden or any other presidential candidate--ever.

You forfeited that right.

I'm pro-Trump and I make fun of Bill, Barack, Hillary, Joe and other candidates all the time.

I regret nothing.

I, on the other hand, have forfeited nothing. I do have the right to make fun of Biden. I was a never Trumper from the beginning.

But I don't like to make fun of a guy who is so clearly losing it. He is, if anything, to be pitied. He sometimes reveals things he wouldn't if he was actually with it. Like that Kamala Harris will be the pants in his presidency.

You want to know why? Because Biden said the same statement the very next day....the very next day....and you can add to that he was reading from a teleprompter. That's not coincidence....that's orchestrated messaging intended to shore up nervous democrats or those who wonder how can they possibly vote for Joe.

It's a little nudge to say if Joe can't do the job you have Harris. I wouldn't doubt to see the mainstream media carrying water for the Dems begin to keep saying remember you're voting for the whole Biden administration and not just this man. If that commentary begins to become stated and repeated then you know what this was all about. We'll see .

It is possible that Joe misread his teleprompter.

Of course it's not possible, no one could ever misread a teleprompter.

Logic and reason never work with conspiracy theorists.

Inability to deliver a speech without a teleprompter...and not being able to do so well even with a teleprompter is now supposed to be a "conspiracy theory?" Whoda figured?

Sorry but have to suggest logic and reason aren't on your side of this. No it doesn't seem probable that Biden and Harris would have said the same thing without it being lined up to say.

And the day before Harris had said the same thing?

It's really pretty simple. Biden can't read the teleprompter reliably any more. He doesn't know what he is saying. And Harris spoke the obvious truth probably without a teleprompter. If they win, it WILL BE a Harris administration.

Those who decide to vote for Biden should realize, they're not voting for Joe Biden, but the people around him like Harris, Pelosi, Schiff, etc.

Biden will do what they like before he does what is right for the nation.

I see, so it's impossible for two people to make a mistake.
