Happy Thanksgiving!
Psa 100:1 Shout for joy to the LORD , all the earth.
Psa 100:2 Worship the LORD with gladness;
come before him with joyful songs.
Psa 100:3 Know that the LORD is God.
It is he who made us, and we are his [1] ;
we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
Psa 100:4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving
and his courts with praise;
give thanks to him and praise his name.
Psa 100:5 For the LORD is good and his love endures forever;
his faithfulness continues through all generations.

I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving!

This afternoon when I was just about to cook the "turkey", I couldn't get the oven door open. When I tried to force it there was a huge spark and then smoke came out of the top. Upon closer inspection I saw some metal things in there.....

Apparently at some point in time, my 3-year-old decided to put some shishkabob skewers in our stove right where the door closes. I have no clue when he did it. But it shorted out the oven and delayed the festivities for about 2 hours.

In spite of all our little "surprises", I am most thankful for my children.
