Thank you everybody! I hope you all had as great a Christmas as I did. Twelve people were in the house from four families (including mine) and we feasted upon a 60lbs. smoked pig

It was my 21st birthday
60 lbs of smoked pig is right up my alley! I must say, you need a healthy sized smoker to do that much meat! The most I have gotten in my smoker at one time is (2) 12 lb hams and 10 lbs of sausage.

We bought it from an old fashioned butcher shop already cooked, smoked and everything. It still had its head, but slightly resembled a few relatives of mine
I sure hope there was pictures posed with said pig!!!
