Hands problem not solved...

Dear friends,
Please continue your urgent prayers for healing for both of my hands. They continue to hurt and with the 2003-2004 school year fastly approaching, I fear for my grades. I use the computer to type and may not be able to if my hands continue to hurt. The doctor does not think it is carpuiltunnel (sp?) because of my age. I am going to get a second opinion in September.
Now my hands only hurt when I type and play video for a long period of time. My hands hurt, not my wrists. Also, my fingers hurt right in the middle. Christ, myself, & my mom have agreed that every Saturday I will get online for 2 hours and that'll be all for the week. So NO internet Sunday-Friday. Please continue to pray for healing. With God's Pow'r, we can make my hands heal! Thank you for your prayers. You ALL are truly prayer warriors!

I've had CTS for 12 years now. It affects most of the hand, but usually the little finger is not part of the numbness and pain. Here's something you might want to ask your doctor about while you're waiting to get the second opinion.

Ergonomics plays a big part in spending a lot of time on the computer.
You might need to get an adjustable keyboard tray and a good chair.
It makes a difference. I found that out.
