Hamas has turned over the bodies of four slain Israeli hostages more than 500 days after the terrorist group's Oct. 7, 2023, attack in Israel.

Hamas said the bodies would include Shiri Bibas and her two toddlers, Ariel and Kfir, as well as Oded Lifshitz, a retired journalist and activist. Their identities will be confirmed in Israel, which could take up to 48 hours.

At the time of their kidnapping, Shiri was 32 years old, Ariel was 4 years old and Kfir was 9 months old. Their father, Yarden, was also kidnapped by Hamas, but survived and was released on Feb. 1.

Lifshitz, a retired journalist and activist, was 83 years old when he and his then 85-year-old wife, Yocheved, were kidnapped from their home. She was released on Oct. 23, 2023.

Oded Lifshitz, the hostage whose body was returned on Thursday to Israel, was a veteran journalist, *long-time defender of Palestinian rights, and a founder of the kibbutz where he lived and was abducted.

He was taken hostage, aged 83, from his home in Kibbutz Nir Oz by Palestinian terrorists during Hamas’s October 7, 2023, attack on southern Israel alongside his wife Yocheved Lifshitz, 85.

Coffins containing the bodies of Israeli hostages returned to Israel by Hamas on Thursday also featured a sick message from the terror group — the slain victims’ “date of arrest.”

The gut-wrenching exchange saw the return of the bodies of Kfir Bibas, who was just 9 months old when he was taken, as well as his brother, Ariel, who was only 4; their mother, Shiri, 33; and Oded Lifshitz, 84.

Caskets for the Bibas family and Lifshitz were labeled with a picture of each hostage, but Kfir and Ariel Bibas’ remains were in the wrong coffins — with Hamas switching their names, the Times of Israel reported.

The body of a woman who was presumed to have been one of four slain hostages murdered in cold blood by Hamas and handed over to Israel this week was allegedly turned over by the terror group on Friday.

Hamas handed over a coffin allegedly carrying the remains of Shiri Bibas to the Red Cross. The coffin was then turned over to Israeli authorities, who will transport it to the National Institute of Forensic Medicine for identification.

The development follows Israel’s demand for the return of Bibas’ body after discrepancies were found in a previous transfer on Thursday.
