weapons...suck now
story....grossly decieved. Only two missions on earth! I thought it was all going to be on earth!
the whole 'play as the covenant' thing....just a filler, for some reason, they thought it would be better than having more missions on earth.

and the AI can't drive...at all.

I thought it was ok, I perfered the first one over this one. It just fell short of what I expected.

Idk i liked it, it had it's faults, but i think it has great multiplayer...yes the story sucked...what i wish is that they had halo 1, with all the weapons and vehicles duel wielding and other features in halo 2 and put them together, that would be an awesome game, or something that had all the multiplayer arenas rom both games, and all the weapons from both games, and all the vehicles into both games, i mean what type of army in two months just sporadically changes it's weapons, then maybe they could also add in some of halo 2 or the whole thing since it's so short...i think this game was run out the door quickly, but they did start halo 3 about halfway through halo 2s making, so maybe we'll some great things happen better, and im sure the negativity will chagne some things, but after all said and done they got how many million preorders, and 50 bucks per person, some 55...but i think all in all, it was a great game, i think the mulitplayer is one of the best to be found, i think it was better then okay, and i don't think it was bad and trash...great was the only option, i think it's just good...but halo and halo 2 combined now that would be awesome...having both the assualt rifle and the battle rifle, or both the pistol and magnum duel wielded, wow the possibilities...but i think if you follow the story and look at clues there is a whole time space continuum, so it's possible to go bakc to halo 1 with an altered story, i could get in about the time continuum, but you want more information check out the forums at bungies site

I voted for ok. Halo 2 is a pretty good game, but I seriously liked Halo CE more. I miss my super powerful pistol

Singleplayer gets boring fast, but story gets intreguing and leaves many questions, but also answers some things. Multiplayer is one of best ever, very very very cool. I often bring my xbox over to some good m8s house and we link up the xboxes and let the pwnage start

I only played my copy of Halo2 for about 2 weeks, then I fell in love with Ghost Recon 2.
But I haven't played any games in 6 weeks, due to work and poker.

But that doesn't mean I can't appreciate Halo2's value. It is a great game that runs extremely smooth online.
I hear there are alot of glitchers online now, but I know a huge group of players that don't, nor allow cheating. So that wouldn't be a problem.

But Halo2 is the king of run n gun.

I think its great. I do miss the pistol, but I think it was a good idea to make it less dominant. I like having a lot more options with multiplayer too. The graphics are 10x better. Hijacking vehicles is cool too.

I think the campaign was good, not great, but good. The multiplayer however is its strongest point. I dont care if youre terrible, the multiplayer is really fun.

The weapons are more balanced than before.
The pistol coupled with the smg, is the deadliest two gun combination in the game.
U put that redicule on someones head, and 3 shots they are down.

The battle rifle is pretty good, especially when u can pull off head shots.

Sure there are problems, like glitchs, but honestly name a better run n gun game online?
U can't.

Even thou I said all of that, I took my copy and traded it in for Half Life 2.
I have never been one to keep a game for long, I try to get my full value out of it.

And I'm not even playing Half Life 2.

Basicly the games of today, smoke any game in the past with an exception or two. But the problem is, people get thier emotions mixed up in with thier logic on wether a game is good or not.
I have learned that I can develope a passion for any game, it just takes time and work.
But sometimes I just need a break from games, like now.

I didn't really like the first halo. Probably because it was on PC. Maybe it played better on the console.

That is a good combo. Two pistols is pretty deadly too.
