lambslove said:Why should Christians celebrate a pagan holiday??
fragmentsofdreams said:It's become secular. It's the same reason why everyone celebrates Valentine's Day even though it has Christian connections.

Why do you say that? Valentine's Day is cool.xtxArchxAngelxtx said:Psh... yeah
I personally think Valentines day is worse than Halloween!!!!
Havest Festival...........hmmmmmmmmmm.........sound very...Pagan. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.ByGrace said:I personally do not celebrate halloween because of the evil connotations associated with it. I see all the monsters and witches and ghosts and that as counter to what I believe and practice. I do not allow my child to celebrate it either. Halloween still carries a lot of the influence of the original samhain influence with it. My church has a harvest celebration that night where thanks can be given to God for the bounties that He has given.
Yes it is a Pagan Holy Day... and no it's not "Evil".xtxArchxAngelxtx said:It's not a pagan holiday, but peoples conscience caused them to think that there is actually something "evil" about it.
