CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Undoubtedly there will be a Half Life 3. It is popular enough to constitute one. I never played through the whole game (played a few times at a friend's house) so I don't know if the story stops to a point there will have to be a squeal.
There will always be another GTA. There will always be another Halo. Another Half Life. Another Zelda. Another Super Mario. This is the fate we've set ourselves in to.

Yeah, the story was better in Halo, but still the gameplay was really good in Halo 2.

Heh, half-life 2 beat halo cold though. It wasn't a fair fight, since Halo stretched its silly platform to its limit, whereas Half-Life just showed off what superior hardware and programming could do.

Half life 2 is just crazy, love that game, graphics arent doom3 style but the game is wicked. Buildings and other structures are actually designed into the maps instead of a picture for the sky. I definately enjoyed it, but half life 3 probably wont be out for years yet?
