Malley had been truthful with Iran's ambassador to the U.N., and flat out told him that Iran does not honor its commitments and Malley brought up the fact that they had reneged on last year's deal a day after it was made. They’ve been told by the party-leader that the government is corrupt and believe that this is true because the government is out to get Trump, by any means necessary. He’s being needlessly victimized for trying to root out the corruption that is trying to silence him.

Once more, I note that it was a Republican House and a Republican Senate that conducted hearings into this and a Republican DOJ that investigated and litigated the Russian interference into the 2016 election that resulted in $36M forfeiture by Manafort and 34 indictments of individuals and 3 corporations. DOJ rules precluded the serious investigation of the sitting president who, nonetheless, was alleged to have engaged in 10 instances of obstruction of justice.
