Thank You Miss Sushi, I'm sure that we will be hearing from Ed regarding this issue, when he has a moment to bring it up to "the powers that be"

It's come to our attention that a couple workers could only buy 7ish item at a time, instead of the originally intended 10 items.

If you are having the same issue...

This is probably because the internet connection you are using is too fast for the forum to keep up.

Try it on a standard cable connection, this may be the solution...or...

There is an update to the program (version 1.2) where you can change a setting to correct this.

The new instruction manual has instructions for changing this setting on the last page

This may work for your Windows 98 install... Hope it does Instead of one setup program, you may need to download these two files. Download them to the same folder on your computer.

First Part - this is called CFPetFoodBuyerSetup1_2.exe and is the one you should run when you have downloaded both files.

Second Part - this is called setup.msi and you don't have to do anything with this one apart from download it. It is used by the first part above.

Then you should download version 1.2 and follow the instructions on the last page of the manual to change the speed so the forum can keep up

There's no reason why your system should slow down because of the pet buyer app, but if you are noticing a difference in speed, you should probably uninstall it and .NET, to compare and decide from there about having it installed...

I've been testing this a little bit and found the forum needed a little more of a delay between requests... This version gets all the items first time, every time from my tests!

Please let me know if you have any issues...

Kitty, I have a version I translated to an older language which doesn't need .NET and should work with no problems under Windows 98... Please let me know if you're interested and I'll send you the link for you to try
