CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Gregged had mentioned earlier that if you have dial-up and need to add that (shoot, what is it...) .Net...it could take up to 50 minutes to install that before you are able to download the application.

it was quick downloading but with all the stuff me and hubby have on this computer finding where to access it from was diffcult lol so i added it to my desktop icon lol

Yes, I guess I just let it go to default...and that's where it ended up for me too. Best place, I'd think...easy to find. Not a lot of RAM space taken up either (Is that right, RAM, lol?) Thinking that using this would allow less wear and tear on a computer too, no?

Ok all is well here. Downloaded it in fear and trembling!! Just got my computer cleaned up from about 8 TROJAN virus last week, so I am a "LITTLE"(REAL) cautious now. I had to install .NET and it only took 2min. then the rest came right along. Thanks so much for finally being able to give us something that really helps us!! You have a talent, Gregged, glad to see you are using it for the Lord!! and cf.

AWESOME!!! It works great. Just keep in mind, once it buys your stuff, the shopping list doesn't clear out. So make sure to double check it for what you need or don't need on the next "check out" if you are making multiple purchases per session. It does clear out when you close the program though, so no worries there.

Oh BTW, Vista does already have that .NET thing cuz I didn't have to download that. It was so fast! I do have cable modem though, that may be part of it, LOL.

Do you mean that the quanity #s remain once you buy the food?
Remember there is a Re-set button, in blue under the Quanity Required heading in the right hand column. That'll bring it all back to 0...if that's what you meant

Yeah, that's what I meant. It will hold your "cart" till you hit "reset". Which actually can be very usefull too, since we often buy the same stuff the whole time anyway. I'm looking forward to feeding my pet lists on Team Faith tonight!
