Just heard on the news he died in his home at 69.
May the Lord receive him.

Saw something I didn't know while researching how he died...evidently complications from Hepatitis C?
Anyway when Dwayne had a massive overdose of heroinein 70/71?, he was taken to the hospital, where the band was told good chance he wouldn't make it. As they we're all out by their tour bus, one very upset member, while doing a lot of out loud praying, asked God Dwayne be given "one more year to live". He lived, and died in the motorcycle accident exactly one year later to that day.
To me, though coincidence can cover about anything, that almost certainly substantiates his prayer was heard, for what real good it did.
Yeah I saw his last interview that I know of on AXS TV where he was discussing that. Pretty bizarre.
This sad indeed. Was he a Christian? I suppose now I can start the Almond Brothers band like I always wanted to do.Just heard on the news he died in his home at 69.
May the Lord receive him.
You are welcome.
