  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hello everyone, My name is Stephen. I grew up as a Christian and lost my faith. For years I saught the happiness I felt as a Christian and could never find it, so here I am trying to find it in what I know was the cause. I have tried to align myself with Christianity since I lost it originally, but to no avail. I am hoping this time to be able to find the happiness I once felt in it.

If you would like to chat with many people of differing denomations and faiths, then I can recommend Non-Christian Religion and WWMC (Whosoever Will May Come).

We also have a section just for the guys...Mens Corner...and a section where you can ask a question and get a reply from our onsite Chaplains in Ask a Chaplain...rest assured that your identity is kept secret here and is only known to the Chaplains.
