Great-Grandma Ivy was a full-blooded Cherokee and lived on an Indian Reservation in Indiana until the 1990s where she moved to Jacksonville, Florida to live in a real house. But up until then, she actually lived in a tepee and wore Native American clothes, all decked out with feathers and beads.
She died in 1997 in her home in Jacksonville, Florida. She was 98 years old.
She was saved, so today she is with the Father in Heaven, and there shall she be forevermore!
PRAISE THE LORD!!!
The first and last time I saw her was in 1994. 1994 was the year I saw many of my relatives.
Let us take a moment of silence to honor my Grandmother, for in her lifetime she was a devoted servant to Christ and a very kind and generous person.
