Gravitation

has anyone here watched the anime Gravitation, 'cause if you have i'd like you're opinion on it.
I absolutely loved, but I know that many people do not like it specifically christians although I do have one christian friend who watched one episode and became hooked.
Oh and does anyone else here like some other shounen-ai/shoujo-ai, yaoi/yuri.
i'd really like your opinions on this.

I've read the manga. It was ok, not even the best yaoi I've read. I think the main character was too needy...

yeah he was pretty needy, i think I would have had to be hospitalized to if I was yuki, but the story was really sad and it made me cry. I just wanted to hug yuki really hard 'cuz I've been through some of the same awful depression. (not that the same stuff happened to me just I know what it's like to feel like you're not worth anything.)
anyway what other yaoi/yuri would anyone reccomend I watch I have no clue which ones are good, please tell me abit about them when you reccomend too. Thanks, bye now.

I like Gravitation. I like the manga a bit more then the anime cause the anime leaves a few things out and parts a of the anime storyline is different then the manga storyline. I love the music, even I got one of the soundtracks. I have all the DVDs, including the OVA and 6 vols of the manga. I also order for a Kumagoro plushie. My favorite characters are Ryuichi, K, and Tatsuha. My favorite manga vol so far is vol. 6 and my favorite episode is Track-10 Heads or Tails.

I think FAKE is a fairly good manga...ummm...Ranma is kind of yaoi. I can't think of many more off the top of my head. Oh, Arcana is an online comic that is fairly good, but they didn't finish it though the rest of the story is written out.

Actually ranma isn't yaoi, there's some shounen-ai jokes in it but it's mostly a gender bender anime, anywho what's FAKE about I've heard about it but i'm not I'd want to read it.
Also has anyone here watched yami-no-matsuei, I heard it's good but I'm not sure I want to spen time downloading it if I'm not gonna like it.

FAKE is about 2 cops that become partners and then lovers, though it takes a while to get there.

FAKE sounds cool i might read it.
and well don't feel bad I just tend to defend Ranma more than necessary because it was the first anime I ever watched if you don't count Yu-gi-oh or pokemon, which I don't.
will anyone tell me what yami no matsuei is about I think it might be interesting i'd just like to know more.

I dislike shounen-ai with a passion, but I thought I'd be fair and give Gravi a chance. I was kind of disappointed, actuall. Maki Murakami can't seem to make a story that's not wacky; and Gravitation was no exception. It did get interesting in some parts, but the ending was completely random. And it seemed that Yuki's personality just did a 180, which was very unrealistic.

The art was all right though...at least in the later manga. Shuichi and Yuki were both really attractive looking ^_-. And K and Ryuichi were hilarious.

Two tid bits here, Murakami -sensai has started a sequal to gravitation that I've read the first chapter of, of course I need to finish the original manga first, need more space on my hard drive or less stingy friends.
Also just read the Gravitation novel, it's great I thought it would be like a remake of the story line from the manga, but it's a brand new story.......YAY!!!

But here is a question for you. I like Shounen ai, and my attention has leaned over towards some yaoi. Would you concider liking Shounen ai/yaoi a sin?

I've never felt that it was a sin. I think it's one of the things in Romans 14 - if it's causing you to stumble then don't read it. If not, enjoy

That acually makes a lot of sence...As long as you don't sin. But I don't think it's really that easy...How do you know when to stop? I enjoy reading/watching shounen ai manga and anime. And I also enjoy RPing it. But it's not always easy to just stop there.

I don't know. It's an individual basis. Talk about it with God, and find out where your limits are.

I just bought my first copy yesterday and I LOVED IT like seiriously I can't wait till I can get the 2nd one. IDK with the names, but the main guy (with the keyboard) <--why I got it._ kept crying all the time and I didn't really understand that. But other than that I really did enjoy pretty much every page!
