It's good to fill my mind with things I am grateful for. It helps people, even people with bipolar, which I am (actually I'm schizoaffective bipolar type):
I realize not everybody has these things. I can only pray for those who sees this and needs something I've got. God has really blessed me.
Gratitudes
1. Great set of parents
2. My faith in a faithful God
3. My health coverage as a disabled person
4. My girlfriend
5. My brother, sister and niece and nephews
6. My talents and abilities
7. My safe home
Here are a few things I'm not so happy about:
1. Confusion with decisions, religion, direction in life
2. Irrational thoughts
3. Need to isolate myself to gather my thoughts
4. People's misconceptions about the illness
5. My poor decisions because of people's misconceptions
