So much in politics and high power finance is corrupted by money and power seeking that it becomes very hard to think of any world leaders who are not tainted by the systemic corruption yet the gospel calls Christian to purity, honesty, and truth. How can a Christian serve in high office while maintaining his/her integrity.

God has always called some among His people into political leadership. None of them have been sinless. God does not expect perfection, but He will hold accountable those entrusted with the welfare of others. He is tolerant, however, and is not quick to judge.

I have asked that question also.
Getting people to vote for you includes getting people to vote against your opponent, which means putting them down, so can a Christian put others down?
