this is a thread where u can post goofs in movies. i'll start (napoleon dynamite):
When Kip sets up his demonstration he puts a green bowl with no lid under the van tire. As he drives away a broken blue bowl with a lid is left behind.
During Napoleon's dance, his shirt tucks and untucks several times.When Deb calls Napoleon on the payphone, a crewmember's leg is reflected in the silver part of the phone.Before Napolean's brother answered the phone to talk to Napolean, he had a small pile of cheese on his dinner. However, the last time that the phone scene shows a shot of him, the pile of cheese is much larger."The movie is set in the now, not the 80's the clouths are kinda 80's-esque, but it is set in the here and now. Remember Kip is on the Internet quite a bit in the movie.The clothes are definitely early 1990s, however, in the very beginning of the movie, in the opening credits, you see Napoleon's school ID and it has the school year 2004-2005 on it. This movie is not set in the past.when the everybody presents pedro the cake that says "felicidades" the cake is supposed to look like the mexican flag, but the colors are backwardsAfter Napoleon gives Trisha's mother the drawing, he runs off the porch. But, when Trisha's mother shuts the door, we can see Napoleon running off the porch again in the reflection.When Uncle Rico and Napoleon are at the store and they go to check out, Summer is the cashier but her name tag does not say Summer.In the beginning of the movie when Kip is on the computer instant messaging "hot babes", when he challanges Napoleon to give him his best shot, you can see the computer isn't even on!When the farmer shoots the cow with the shotgun and the bus drives by. While the kids are all screaming you can see outside the bus windows that the bus isn't even moving.When Napoleon asks Don for the button that says vote for summer you can see behind him that the woman he throws it at does not walk past him, but yet when camera angle changes you can see that the woman has magically appeared there...these were found on movie tome.
