  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

In the name of Jesus,

God be praised that He raised me from the dead and brought salvation for me and for all of us through the blood of Jesus the Lamb. This is a great gift, greater than I can ever imagine and I am grateful. But this post is not about me but about our salvation in Christ, the goodness that flows through us in His name for His glory and not ours, and this is a trust every Christian is called to, but only the chosen will hear and answer.

Tragedy hit Haiti days ago but I have another story and I have to say I am upset because the people of Haiti are living in terrible conditions but the women who needs our help lives in America and shouldn’t have to be afraid that God has abandoned her because this is a Christian country.

What happened in Haiti is bad, whatever and whoever those people are they are all God’s children. God loves them and they are a testimony to our faith. We have to help them. I need you all to know that I respect all the Jesus loving people who have donated and are travelling there to help them. Real Christians are helping in Haiti. I saw a minister risk his life to save a bunch of orphaned children there yesterday. Christians go where people need help.

But I can’t help everyone even if I wanted to, God has to come in, Jesus has to be present, and only true Christians can call on this power because only they will give glory to God, to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. Since I am protected by the blood of Jesus, amen, I know why God is testing Lois in her faith. Christ has it all worked out. He has made Lois’s situation desperate and asked me to help her because of her strong faith , and made me poor so I would be humble when asking for help that I can’t give to her, so other Christians can prepare there hearts to meet Him by being generous to Lois to save her soul, her faith in Jesus, and her house. He said whatever you do to the least of my children you do to me. I see this goes both ways, evil beget evil and goodness begets goodness. Good Christians are true to the words and spirit of Jesus, just like the Bible tells us.

To honor my Lord’s goodness I have been helping this 76 year old grandmother who lost her husband of 50 years about a year ago. Her name is Lois. She has been taking care of 3 grandchildren who were effectively abandoned by there mother and is doing her best to hold the family together. She has been a devout Christian since childhood; and until recently attended church 3 times a week. Her days now are spent just trying to stay alive. She has diabetes and must attend to dialysis treatments three times a week because of the loss of her kidney.

When I went to picked her up the other day to take her to dialysis, she was sitting in her chair with tears in her eyes. It was so sad I started to cry myself. I asked her what was wrong and she said that she did not want to go to dialysis anymore, and I ask her why. She said that God was not hearing her prayers and she handed me a foreclosure notice from the bank. It seems that her house is being foreclosed on because her husband did not leave her with anything. Her $1100 social security check does not cover enough to pay for her food, medicine, and so on. She told me she sometimes goes without food and medicines just to pay what she can on her mortgage, but that she has fallen 120 days past due.

I told a friend of mine the story and he offered a way that we could possibly help out. On his website he is publishing a web-based book for Christian and others about two 12 year old girls, Addison and Eva, who get thrust into a life changing struggle when they find the ‘the stone the builders rejected.’ This is an adventure in Christ and His teachings and an inspiring story of faith in the resurrection from death after three days of Jesus, the Son of God.

My friend will donate the onetime subscriber fee of $1.44 for each person that signs up to the site as a subscriber until the money is raised to pay her past due mortgage payments, and he will continue to donate for her needs as long as people sign up as subscribers. We have until May to raise this money and I know when good Christians will hear God’s call to service there is no end to the grace that comes from it. We can do this for Lois in Jesus name because we are doing it for the people in Haiti in Jesus and in places all over the world in Jesus name and there is no end to the generosity of God in Jesus name.

I ask you to go now to thestonepeople.us and sign up to read the inspiring story of Addison and Eva. The subscription is only $1.44. God is calling me to call you to fulfill the trust Jesus gave us to help each other. Lois thinks God has abandoned her. She believes that Jesus died for our sins and was raised on the third day. I want her to know this means something to her right now. That Christians who believe in Jesus and that the sacrifice of the blood is real and powerful are not afraid to show it.

Please go to thestonepeople.us and become a subscriber to the first installments of the web book about Addison and Eva. This money will help Lois to save here house and her faith. You may think this is a scam but true Christians will know I am sincere. I will keep in touch with anyone who donates and becomes a subscriber and you can get in touch with me through thestonepeople.us. This is so you will know the money is doing God’s work to save Lois’s home and her soul.

God Be Praised, in the name of our Lord Jesus and the blood of the Lamb,
