I don't think you have to be baptised to be saved, but most people would agree you should.
As for your second qestion, I'm afraid to speculate on what browntown means...

First question first, if you mean water baptism, then no, I don't think it is essential for salvation, but I do it's essential for a closer walk with Jesus.

Secondly, I assume by "browntown", you mean anal sex or sodomy, it's slightly tricky. It's definitely wrong between men because that is homosexuality. But between a man and a woman is a bit more difficult, I would lean towards saying yes it is wrong. The following scriptures mention sodomy separately to homosexuality and that is what makes me think it might not be OK, that is the NKJV.

The dictionary says sodomy is anal sex between men and men and men and women, but I'm not sure from reading bible dictionaries that that is what it means in the bible (I think it has something to do with people who practicedritual or religious homosexuality).

So, I personally find it disgusting but, if you and your wife both really wanted to do it (because outside of marriage I would definitely see it as sexual relations and therefore sin), I don't really see a problem.

You do not have to be baptized to be saved:

Rom 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Rom 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

However, water baptizism is an outward sign that Jesus lives in you and has made a change in you! Thereofore I think it is very important it will help you grow spiritually. It should be something that you want to do.
