do you have to be baptised to be saved, also on a sidenote, is browntown legal in terms of jesus is cool with it type thing?
First question first, if you mean water baptism, then no, I don't think it is essential for salvation, but I do it's essential for a closer walk with Jesus.
Secondly, I assume by "browntown", you mean anal sex or sodomy, it's slightly tricky. It's definitely wrong between men because that is homosexuality. But between a man and a woman is a bit more difficult, I would lean towards saying yes it is wrong. The following scriptures mention sodomy separately to homosexuality and that is what makes me think it might not be OK, that is the NKJV.
1 Corinthians 6
8No, you yourselves do wrong and cheat, and you do these things to your brethren! 9Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals,
nor sodomites, 10nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God
1 Timothy 1
9knowing this: that the law is not made for a righteous person, but for the lawless and insubordinate, for the ungodly and for sinners, for the unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, 10for fornicators,
for sodomites, for kidnappers, for liars, for perjurers, and if there is any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine, 11according to the glorious gospel of the blessed God which was committed to my trust.
The dictionary says sodomy is anal sex between men and men and men and women, but I'm not sure from reading bible dictionaries that that is what it means in the bible (I think it has something to do with people who practicedritual or religious homosexuality).
So, I personally find it disgusting but, if you and your wife both really wanted to do it (because outside of marriage I would definitely see it as sexual relations and therefore sin), I don't really see a problem.
