This is a legitimate web site, tested by lawyers. The claim is legitimate.

Are you a good person? Can you prove it? Come and take the test: http://www.tenthousanddollaroffer.com/
I would call that a retarded site, but I don't want to insult the retarded.

These folks apparently have not grasp of the ontological. Presumably you're a bad person if you've ever broken one of the ten commandments. Of course, there really is not static moral self, so I have won -- at this moment, I have not broken the ten commandments. My previous choices are futile, because they are not me in the relevant context: the present.

Oh, burn. The joys of procrastinating finals.

"Perhaps you said that you have kept the first of the Ten Commandments, but the Bible says, “There is none that seeks after God” (Romans 3:11, italics added). So no one has kept that Commandment. Not one. So one of you is lying—either you or God, and the Scriptures say that it’s "impossible" for God to lie (see Hebrews 6:18). So, now you have broken the Ninth Commandment by lying about keeping the First Commandment."

I like that... it is so comforting when you know that nothing you will ever hear or see can destory your own cosy little worldview.
I wonder if I should write a similar offer for "Christians".

Methinks it is absolutely necessary to "break" one commandment -- lying -- in order to satisfy teleologically the much more important one -- love of one's neighbor. Or are you saying that you've never lied to your friend when they asked if a hat looks good on them that you might sustain your love, and negate a potentiality for hate?

I´m trying the best I can. This must be sufficient, for the time being.
And, no, I cannot prove it. Why would I even want to?

anyone one person or group offering money to prove you are a good person, has just made themselves look hypocritical and steeped with tricking people. to prove you are a good person means you are doing something wrong in the beginning. you are being egotistical and self-righteous.

i'm not even wasteing my time or internet space on such garbage as that site.

Sorry, not going to take it, I just took a test that had the ten commandments...course that one was worse...

The problem with the ten commandments is that they are obviously not commandments because we cannot keep them, so why would God order us to do what He knows we can't?

And like others have said, it's no way to determine a good person, because all people are good, and occasionally do things others consider bad.

God either lies, for many seek after God, or people have yet to actually understand Her. Our inner longing is for God-how impossible could it be that none seek?!

Ridiculous test.

Perhaps you said that you have kept the first of the Ten Commandments, but the Bible says, “There is none that seeks after God” (Romans 3:11, italics added). So no one has kept that Commandment. Not one. So one of you is lying—either you or God, and the Scriptures say that it’s "impossible" for God to lie (see Hebrews 6:18). So, now you have broken the Ninth Commandment by lying about keeping the First Commandment. So you have missed out on the $10,000 (sorry about that), but please stay with this—for a free gift.

Not only is the test ridiculous, but they are blatant liars as well.
Witness their following statement-
"If you have kept the Ten Commandments, we will give you $10,000 cash. This is a legally binding contract. In other words, if you can prove you haven't violated the Ten Commandments, we are legally obligated to give you $10,000."
So, if I can somehow, someway, demonstrate via evidence that I have never, not once violated the 10 commandments, they are legally bound to give me $10,000 dollars. Or so they say.
But then they turn around and throw the possibility of evidence out the window.
So, now you have broken the Ninth Commandment by lying about keeping the First Commandment. So you have missed out on the $10,000 (sorry about that)"
So, by saying they'll accept proof and are legally bound to uphold their end, and then turning around and blatantly NOT accepting any proof whatsoever, they prove to the world that they are willing and eager liars.

Now, this site doesnt overtly claim to be a christian site (ie they dont say "we are christians!") and for good reason. They arent christians.
Im sure someone will say something along the lines of "You cant say whether they are or not", but yes I can. Their actions scream so loudly that there's no way I could hear their possible confession of faith in jesus.
Likewise, there's that whole thing about knowing them by their fruits. Intentional lying is not a good fruit.

Ghandi springs to mind
