Good or bad at taking criticism?

Good...as long as the intention behind the criticism is love & caring. If it's just callous criticism, then I would not take it very well.

G/B at looking at things objectively. (for example: the teacher says your child is misbehaving. Being objective would be to acknowledge the fact and be honest enough to agree with the teacher and discipline the child. NOT being objective would be to deny the truth and argue back with the teacher)

Good. I'm to the point now that I actually look forward to changes because it's an opportunity to learn something new and it keeps life fresh & exciting. (I know it sounds kind of crazy, but I really do think change is for the good)
