Really, the idea Jesus or God is very concentrated on people's masturbation or sexual experiences?? Is quite wrong. As common sense, or sense, will tell. Especially on mentioning this...

The real question is: are you ready for immortality?

I've known him for six years. He and I have been more than friends for a little over 1 year. after thinking about it, I'm going to ask if he can board with someone at church. It was just an idea that we had because either way we're both going to need roommates just to keep the lights on and food on the table, for a year or two at least.

See I don't think I really understood the situation. In me and my wife's case we HAD to live together to be together, there was no other option except staying apart. If you have the option I'd say wait till marriage, it's just... safest most obedient option.

We don't have much of another choice. If someone at church doesn't take him in we will have to. He has no one else here but me, and most of my friends have already moved out of state so I don't have many options either.

Then really at this point I think you have to turn straight to God. I don't know what your walk has been like, but try making small sacrifices or giving to others in small ways you usually don't, be it your time, whatever, show him you want an answer through some kind of fast it doesn't have to be food just... show him you mean business, ask him to show you scriptures that lead you to an answer, and if you really do try your best, I promise he'll direct you in one way or another. Your situation is a sticky one.

I also recommend asking your priest if he knows of a good option of a parishioner /family for your fiancé to board with.

You know- you can have a small church wedding. I know two couples in my parish that opted to have very low key weddings in our parish chapel. You could have a large wedding reception later on down the road with all the bells and whistles when you can afford it.
