Good Free Webpage Hosting Sites

Okay I want to make a website, but it's not my first one I have made. I'm going to be using Microsoft FrontPage and then upload my data to a hosting site.

My question is, what are good hosting sites that are free? I have already tried Angelfire and Geocities, but they are not that great.

Does anyone know of any good free webpage hosting sites besides these two?

I'll need to know how much space you need, bandwidth, what username you'll want, password you'll want, subdomain name, under which domain you want to be placed, and an E-Mail address.

Hostultra is not bad, I've used it for just a few small sites.
